I work at a company that made a HUGE aquisition in 2005 that significantly changed my job. It turned out to be a good thing, but many employees did exit as we, the more &quot;established&quot; company were seen as old fashioned and in need of change. In this case, the new kids we aquired changed the bigger company overall just as we changed them to using better (more planned) business process.

So, nothing much has changed for you, but has it for the company that aquired you yet? It might.</description>
